2. JOB PURPOSE

The job in this level is responsible for administering and leading Configuring SAP Finance modules (ECC & BPC) as per Hikma Corporate requirements, providing prompt technical support and troubleshooting, participating in the provision of in-house training for end users regarding the functionalities provided by the SAP Finance modules, conducting data migration for the SAP Finance modules, as well as conducting routine testing and repairs associated with regular system software upgrades, ensuring the maintenance of a good system training methodologies.

3. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Finance modules (FICO & BPC)to enhance the clients' business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction as per Standard SAP Best Practices
  • Design, configuration and testing of core SAP Finance modules (FICO & BPC)
  • Write and verify the SAP Functional specifications and work closely with the ABAP consultant
  • Responsible for Support in areas of SAP Financials across the group.
  • Involved in driving the change management across the group.
  • Configuration, testing and development of solutions in SAP per the business requirements.
  • Approve and verify Roles and authorities for SAP users across the group by working directly with BASIS team
  • BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation)

5. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum: B.Sc. degree in Information Technology, Finance, industrial Engineering, or relevant functional field
  • Preferred:SAP FI or CO or BPC Certificate

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum: 3 Years and 1 full cycles SAP implementation.

  • Preferred: 5 years and 2-3 full cycles SAP implementation.

SKILLS

  • Analytical thinking
  • Internal/ external customer service
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Excellent English

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
