Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Yamunanagar. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring smooth loan processing. Daily tasks include meeting with potential and existing clients, assessing their needs, processing loan applications, and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely loan approvals and disbursals. The role also involves maintaining a high level of customer service to foster long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
- Customer Relationship Management and Client Servicing skills
- Experience in Loan Processing, Documentation, and Assessment
- Knowledge of Mortgage Lending and Retail Loans
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
- Qulfication :- 10+2 & Bachelor's degree
