Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and oversight across EPC projects, pharma turnkey solutions, and real estate development.
  • Drive business growth initiatives in line with the company's target of 10x turnover growth by 2030.
  • Oversee project execution, quality control, timelines, and budget adherence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in both pharma EPC and real estate segments.
  • Lead cross-functional teams ensuring alignment of operations with strategic goals.
  • Implement process improvements, cost optimization, and risk management strategies.
  • Monitor compliance with regulatory, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Mentor and develop mid-level managers for succession planning.

Experience: 12-18 years of proven experience in EPC construction/turnkey pharma projects/real estate development.

  • Strong project management skills with exposure to large-scale industrial and commercial projects.

  • Strategic thinker with proven ability to deliver business growth and operational excellence.

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure with a focus on timely project delivery.
