We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Diploma engineering fresher to join our precision machining unit as a Quality Control Executive/Trainee. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about manufacturing excellence and eager to build a career in industrial quality systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform visual and dimensional inspection of machined components using tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges
  • Interpret engineering drawings and verify product specifications and tolerances
  • Document inspection results and report non-conformities to the QC supervisor
  • Assist in incoming and in-process quality checks to ensure production consistency

  • Support ISO 9001 / shop-floor audit activities and maintain inspection records

  • Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Tool Engineering pass-outs preferred)

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn quality systems

  • Basic understanding of machining processes and measurement tools
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Familiarity with shop safety and discipline standards

Key QC Activities

  • In-Process Inspections: Checking parts during machining to catch errors early
  • Final Inspections: Verifying finished parts against blueprints or CAD models
  • Tool Calibration: Ensuring measuring instruments (like micrometers, calipers, CMMs) are accurate
  • Documentation: Recording inspection results for traceability and compliance
