**Job Summary**:
We are looking for dedicated Female and detail-oriented individuals to join our têxtile production team as Folding and Ironing Staff. You will be responsible for ensuring garments are neatly pressed, folded, and prepared for packaging and dispatch, maintaining quality and cleanliness.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Iron and press finished garments as per company standards.
- Fold garments neatly according to style and packaging requirements.
- Inspect each item for defects, stains, or damages before final packing.
- Maintain speed and quality in daily targets.
- Organize finished goods in designated storage or packaging areas.
- Keep ironing and folding work areas clean and safe.
- Report damaged or defective items to the supervisor.
- Follow safety and hygiene regulations in the work environment.
**Required Skills**:
Basic knowledge of garment types and fabrics.
Ability to operate steam iron and folding tools.
Good attention to detail and quality control.
Physical stamina to stand for long hours.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Teamwork and punctuality.
**Qualifications**:
**Minimum 10th standard or equivalent preferred.**
**Prior experience in ironing/folding in têxtile or laundry is an advantage.**
**On-the-job training will be provided for freshers.**
**Work Schedule**:
6 days a week, 8-10 hours per day (as per company policy)
**Fixed Salary : 16000**
**Take Home Salary : 12000**
