About the Role:

We are actively seeking a motivated and detail-oriented 
Digital Marketing Specialist
 to join our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for HR professionals with 1–2 years of experience who are passionate about recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Location: Bhubaneswar

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 3+ years

Key Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives

Plan & optimize SEO/SEM campaigns to boost rankings & organic traffic

Create and manage engaging content across social media platforms

Manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)

Track & analyze campaign performance with Google Analytics / Facebook Insights

Conduct keyword research & optimize content for SEO

Collaborate with designers, content creators & developers

Manage email marketing campaigns (segmentation, design, reporting)

Stay updated on trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Minimum 3+ years of digital marketing experience

Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, Google Analytics & social media marketing

Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Mailchimp (or similar)

Excellent written & verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently & manage multiple projects
