Sr. Social Media Marketing Specialist

Job description

We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Specialist to enhance our social media presence. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to boost brand awareness, engaging with online communities, and creating compelling content. You will be responsible for crafting and executing social media campaigns, managing online interactions, and producing engaging visuals and videos.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms, excellent communication skills, and a passion for story telling and content creation.   • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure the company's social media presence remains relevant and effective.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure social media efforts are integrated and aligned with overall business objectives.

  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and optimization.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media in a timely and professional manner.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with social media influencers and other relevant industry contacts.

  • Monitor and manage online reputation by addressing negative reviews and comments.

  • Continuously test and experiment with new social media tactics and strategies to improve performance and drive business results.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing to continuously improve strategies and tactics.

  • Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to increase brand awareness and drive engagement on social media.

-Excellent copywriting skills.

-Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

-Strong communication skill

-Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

-Familiarity with influencer marketing and user-generated content strategies is a plus.
