Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India, for a Social Media Marketing Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for managing social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube), creating and scheduling posts, developing social media strategies, and engaging with the online community. The role includes monitoring analytics, optimizing content strategy based on performance metrics, and collaborating with the marketing team to align social media initiatives with broader digital marketing goals.

Qualifications

  • Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation skills
  • Canva or alternative design tools
  • Past experience with creating and maintaining Social Media Calendar
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Proven ability to create engaging content for various social media platforms
  • Experience in analyzing social media metrics and optimizing strategies accordingly
  • Knowledge of social media marketing trends and best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
  • Experience in the technology or IT services industry is a plus
