Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain IT systems and networks, including WAN, LAN, and related infrastructure.
  • Provide technical support to users, addressing hardware, software, and network-related queries.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Install, configure, and update software applications as needed.
  • Ensure network security and data privacy through proactive monitoring and implementation of security measures.
  • Document IT procedures, processes, and system configurations for reference and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Strong technical skills and in-depth knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and networking (WAN, LAN, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective user support and collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Eligibility: Demonstrated expertise in hardware, networking, WAN, LAN, and related technologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11, ₹20,000.00 per month
