Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Summary

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the finance team in month-end and year-end processes. The ideal candidate should have strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and hands-on experience with accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and statements
  • Handle invoice generation, billing, and vendor payments
  • Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Support auditors during internal and external audits
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.)
  • Monitor cash flow and support budgeting activities
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
  • Coordinate with internal departments for financial queries and approvals

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com/M.Com preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Hands-on experience with Tally ERP, Excel, and accounting systems
  • Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation
  • Strong analytical and numerical abilities
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
