Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Engineer QMS located in the chakan area. The Senior Engineer will be responsible for overseeing quality management systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations. Day-to-day tasks include conducting audits, managing documentation, coordinating with various departments to implement quality standards, analyzing quality metrics, and developing continuous improvement plans. The role also requires maintaining certification standards and fostering a culture of quality across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding and experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and related standards such as IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015
  • Proficiency in quality auditing, documentation, and corrective action processes
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret quality metrics and data
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to work with diverse teams
  • Experience in continuous improvement methodologies and lean manufacturing principles
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/production Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, especially in quality assurance roles
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
