Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant System Administrator to support the daily operations of our IT infrastructure. The candidate will assist in maintaining hardware, software, and network systems to ensure seamless performance and reliability across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, servers, and networks.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
  • Provide technical support to staff and resolve hardware/software problems.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
  • Support in data backup, security updates, and system documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment maintenance and service requests.
  • Assist in ERP, biometric, and CCTV system management.
  • Maintain IT inventory and asset records.

Required Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar IT support or system admin role (freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply).
  • Knowledge of Windows/Linux OS, networking, and system troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with server management, firewalls, and security protocols is an added advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Tally, ERP, and Office 365 support.
  • Understanding of CCTV, biometric, or N-computing systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
