We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketer with strong expertise in SEO strategy and execution to lead our digital visibility and online growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing SEO campaigns that drive organic traffic, improve search rankings, and enhance brand presence across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical) to improve organic rankings and drive qualified traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap studies to identify new opportunities.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for SEO best practices and user engagement.
- Manage and improve website performance metrics such as CTR, bounce rate, dwell time, and conversions.
- Perform regular technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to fix crawl issues, site speed, schema markup, and mobile optimization.
- Build and execute link-building strategies and digital PR campaigns.
- Track, measure, and report performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and digital marketing best practices.
- Work closely with the content, design, and tech teams to ensure all marketing initiatives align with SEO goals.
- Support other digital marketing initiatives such as paid campaigns, email marketing, and social media as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO and content optimization.
- Proven record of improving search rankings and organic traffic growth.
- Strong understanding of Google algorithms, SEO tools, and analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website CMS (WordPress preferred) is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with local SEO and international SEO.
- Basic understanding of paid search (Google Ads) and social media advertising.
- Familiarity with AI-driven SEO tools and content automation platforms.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
