Position: Management Trainee

Job Description:

  • Promising career in the field of financing- SME, Two-wheeler & Personal Loan, Deposits.
  • Identification of right Customers, Customers interaction & relationship building.
  • Establishing New Business Networks & achieving desired goals.
  • Learn entire Gamut of Business activities.

Job Location: Across Maharashtra

Eligibility Criteria :

For Engineering:

  • First Class BE/B.Tech(Mechanical, Automobile, Civil, Electrical & EEE) with Minimum aggregate of 60% marks.
  • Age Below 25 years i.e. born on or after
  • Male Candidates only

For MBA/PGDM:

  • First Class MBA/PGDM (2-year Regular Course only) with minimum aggregate of 60%.
  • Age Below 25 years i.e. born on or after
  • Male Candidates only

Compensation:

  • Selected Candidates will be paid CTC of Rs. 2.94 to 3.18 lakhs per annum during Probation.
  • After Successful Completion of 6 Months Probation, MTs will be confirmed as Assistant Manager or Equivalent Managerial Positions.
  • CTC for the experienced candidates may vary as per their last salary.
