Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment & Coordination Intern to support our HR team in managing end-to-end hiring activities. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to talent acquisition, HR operations, and candidate engagement in a fast-paced IT services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call and schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates (fresher and senior levels).
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and update interview schedules in Google Calendar.
  • Maintain candidate records and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Assist in sourcing profiles from different job portals when required.
  • Support the team with HR/recruitment-related administrative tasks.
  • Contribute to process improvements and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Available for a full-time, in-office internship (Pune location).
  • Can start immediately
  • Available for a duration of 3 months.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Interest in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition
