Job Opportunity: QS & Billing Engineer – MEP (Pune Location)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a QS and Billing Engineer - MEP located in Pune. The role involves preparing accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ), managing billing systems, conducting detailed quantity surveying, and performing rate analyses. The engineer will ensure proper documentation, verification of work progress, preparation of reports, and coordination with teams to facilitate smooth project execution and adherence to timelines and budgets.

Key Requirements:

* Strong experience in Quantity Surveying, Billing & Costing for MEP projects

* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and MS-Office

* Ability to prepare BOQ, estimates, RA bills, and final bills

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in preparing BOQ and demonstrating strong Quantity Surveying expertise
  • Experience with Billing Systems and conducting precise Rate Analysis
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess project requirements, costs, and efficiencies
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools for project estimation and billing
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the construction or MEP industry is a strong advantage
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic on-site environment
