Hi All,
We are seeking an experienced Tourism Product Development Executive to join our remote India-based team. Responsible for holiday package creation, vendor coordination, and pricing. A core backend role that shapes the heart of what we sell.
Travel Product Manager - Key Responsibilities
- Holiday Research & Innovation: Curate unique global travel experiences; develop niche products (e.g., cruises, wellness retreats, themed tours).
- Itinerary Design: Create balanced, detailed itineraries including stays, transfers, sightseeing, and local experiences.
- Supplier Coordination: Manage DMCs, hotels, and operators; negotiate B2B rates and contracts.
- Pricing & Profitability: Prepare costing sheets and pricing structures; ensure competitive and profitable offerings.
- Content Collaboration: Deliver product content for web, brochures, and CRM; coordinate with digital and SEO teams.
- Sales Support: Train sales teams on new products; support with custom requests and pre-sales documentation.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in tourism product development or contracting.
- Strong global network with DMCs, hotels, and activity partners.
- Expertise in international leisure/luxury travel products.
- Proficient in Excel and content documentation tools
- Excellent English communication and willingness to work UK hours
