Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager, located in Goa, India. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and optimizing social media platforms. Daily tasks include managing social media accounts, monitoring performance metrics, and collaborating with the creative team to produce compelling visual and written content. The role also involves staying updated with the latest social media trends and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
  • Strong Communication and Writing skills
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing Content Strategy
  • Ability to analyze social media metrics and suggest improvements
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and visual content
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred
  • Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms
  • Familiarity with the digital marketing landscape and emerging trends
