Role Overview

We're looking for an MBA graduate (Marketing / Digital Marketing specialization) who can take ownership of our email campaigns, brand outreach, and digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and audience segmentation.
  • Create and manage social media ads (LinkedIn, Instagram, Meta).
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better engagement and ROI.
  • Support content and branding strategies alongside our creative team.
  • Build and maintain B2B client communication workflows.

Requirements

  • MBA in Marketing / Digital Marketing / Business Analytics (or equivalent).
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (Mailchimp, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for creativity, storytelling, and analytics.
  • Freshers are welcome — attitude and adaptability matter more than experience.

Compensation

Internship Period: 6 months

Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on performance)

Full-Time Conversion: ₹6.5 LPA after successful completion of internship
