Company Description

GNG Developers, established in 2019, started as a cloud kitchen developer in India, with its first site in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. The company launched its first delivery restaurant brand, "Karchi," in 2020, which quickly became one of the top 10 outlets in Agra by GMV on Zomato and Swiggy. GNG Developers expanded with the Pan-Asian brand "Chow's Kitchen" in 2021, which was very well-received. The company aims to provide exemplary food through specialty restaurant brands, achieve scale with stellar hospitality, and efficient delivery and dine-in systems. GNG Developers has already launched its flagship restaurant in Agra and plans to open in 5+ locations by the end of 2025.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Demi Chef De Partie specializing in Pan-Asian cuisine, located in Agra. The Demi Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of Pan-Asian dishes, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. The role involves assisting the Head Chef, managing kitchen staff, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and overseeing inventory and supplies. The Demi Chef De Partie will also collaborate on menu development and ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in preparing and cooking Pan-Asian cuisine
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and sanitation standards
  • Experience in inventory management and supply ordering
  • Capability to assist Head Chef and manage kitchen staff
  • Innovative and creative with menu development
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Relevant culinary education or professional training is a plus
  • Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
