Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sports Manager located in Haridwar. The Sports Manager will be responsible for overseeing sports programs and activities, managing staff, coordinating events, and ensuring the success of educational programs. The role includes planning and implementing sports training sessions, monitoring athlete progress, maintaining sports facilities, and fostering a healthy, competitive environment. Daily tasks involve liaising with coaches, athletes, and other stakeholders, as well as providing administrative and operational support.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sports management, coaching, or related fields
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of sports education and training programs
  • Proficiency in event planning and coordination
  • Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, or a related field
