TIDA Sports is a leading sports academy dedicated to nurturing young athletic talent and fostering a love for sports We provide comprehensive coaching and training programs in various sports Our mission is to empower athletes to reach their full potential through expert guidance and a supportive environment We are looking for an experienced Archery teacher who can teach archery fundamentals developing student skills through structured practice organizing and overseeing competitions fostering a positive team environment and ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols Job Responsibilities Teach fundamental archery skills including proper form technique and the use of recurve and compound bows Design and implement curricula and practice plans to improve student accuracy consistency and overall skill progression Ensure all participants adhere to safety rules and regulations maintaining a safe environment during all archery activities Foster a positive inclusive and supportive team environment that promotes teamwork sportsmanship and respect among students Organize and supervise archery events and competitions for school students Provide encouragement and guidance focusing on mental conditioning focus and resilience for young archers Regularly communicate with students parents and school staff regarding progress upcoming events and other important matters Maintain and ensure proper use of archery equipment Qualifications Skills Previous experience coaching archery or a strong background in the sport Coaching certifications from a recognized body l In-depth knowledge of archery equipment training techniques and safety protocols Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to motivate and inspire young athletes Strong ability to manage multiple responsibilities including organizing practices and events The ability to work with and support students of varying skill levels and learning paces Job Type Part-time Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
