Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Manager/Senior Manager Accounts and Finance. The chosen candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance. They will manage accounts payable and receivable, coordinate audits, and ensure timely financial statement preparation. The role also involves tax planning and implementing financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives.

Qualifications

Financials & MIS

Preparing month end / Quarter end / Year end Financials

Prepare and oversee the group of Companies financial statements, consolidation, related party transactions

Handling & closure of internal audit, statutory and tax audits.

MIS Reporting & Preparation of YTD Cost Centre wise PL & BS

Preparing Projected Financials & Business Statements

Intercompany balance reconciliation & obtaining balance confirmations.

Regular Month end transaction accounting

Maintaining & updation of Fixed Assets Register

Updating Prepaid expenses working & entries

Preparing IND AS workings as applicable & posting IND AS Accounting entries.

Investments related transactions accounting & posting Fair Valuation entries.

Posting CWIP & Amortisation related entries

Preparing Interest expenses on Borrowings working & posting accounting entries

Verify Corporate related transactions & accrual/ provisions entries.

Monthly / Quarterly TDS returns & Payment workings preparing TDS v/s 26 AS reconciliation. Monthly TDS payments.

Monthly / Quarterly GST returns & Payment workings & preparing GST reconciliations.

FEMA Compliance / RBI Reporting

XBRL filing

FLA Filing

APR & UFCE Certification filing

Form DPT-3 preparation
