About the Role

We are looking for a
dynamic and experienced Manager – Finance & Accounts
to lead our financial operations and ensure the financial health of our projects. This role is pivotal in driving cost control, compliance, and profitability while supporting strategic initiatives in automation and solution design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end finance and accounting activities including
    budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
    .
  • Manage project financials with a focus on
    cost control, pricing strategies, and profitability analysis
    .
  • Prepare accurate
    monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
    in compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Conduct
    variance analysis
    and present insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
  • Develop, review, and implement
    financial policies, SOPs, and internal controls
    .
  • Collaborate with
    project managers and cross-functional teams
    to align financial goals with project outcomes.
  • Monitor
    cash flow, working capital
    , and suggest measures for improving financial efficiency.
  • Handle
    taxation, audits, and statutory compliances
    in coordination with external auditors and consultants.
  • Lead, guide, and mentor the finance team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and professional growth.
  • Provide
    strategic financial support
    to management for business planning and expansion.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Professional qualification:
    MBA (Finance), ICWA, or equivalent
    .
  • 5–10 years of experience in
    finance & accounts
    , preferably in IT/Telecom/Security Surveillance industries.
  • Strong knowledge of
    project finance, costing, and compliance frameworks
    .
  • Proficiency in
    financial software, ERP systems, and advanced MS Excel
    .
  • Excellent
    analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
    .
  • Strong leadership abilities with effective
    communication and stakeholder management skills
    .
  • Ability to thrive in a
    fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
    .
