Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Network Support Engineer to manage, monitor, and optimize enterprise IT network operations across multiple locations, serving clients in Healthcare, RCM, and BPO sectors. The role involves hands-on technical support, SLA compliance, team coordination, and process improvement. Leadership responsibilities apply based on seniority.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day network operations support, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Lead and mentor a team of network engineers (for senior levels), including performance management and shift coordination.
  • Ensure SLA compliance, timely ticket resolution, and quality client support.
  • Monitor network performance, conduct audits, and report findings.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity, healthcare, and cross-functional teams for compliance-driven operations.
  • Drive continuous process improvement and contribute to documentation (SOPs, manuals, diagrams).
  • Assist in network design, configuration, and implementation as required.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Networking Devices: Fortigate FG200F, Sophos Firewalls, D-Link switches/APs
  • OS Platforms: Advanced Windows Server & Linux administration
  • Virtualization: VMware ESXi management
  • Protocols & VPNs: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, NAT, SSL/TLS, IPsec VPN, SSL VPN
  • Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Wireshark, TCP Dump, Traceroute, nslookup, PRTG
  • Scripting / Automation: Python, PowerShell, Bash
  • ITSM Tools: Freshservice / ManageEngine
  • Documentation: SOPs, manuals, network diagrams

Optional / Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in healthcare or BPO IT operations
  • Advanced network design and architecture skills
  • Experience with shift scheduling and team leadership (for senior roles)
  • Familiarity with additional monitoring or network management tools
