Role & Responsibilities:

  • Finalization of accounts and preparation of monthly/annual financial statements.
  • Balance Sheet review, ledger scrutiny, and reconciliation of all accounts.
  • GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance, filing, and documentation.
  • Handling statutory audit, internal audit, and preparation of audit schedules.
  • RBI compliance reporting for NBFC and ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines.
  • MIS preparation, financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
  • Cash flow management and fund planning.
  • Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register and depreciation workings.
  • Ensuring compliance with Ind-AS and accounting standards.
  • Coordination with auditors, management, and internal teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong accounting and compliance knowledge.
  • Experience in NBFC/BFSI/financial services preferred.
  • Strong expertise in GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
  • Good understanding of RBI regulations relevant to NBFCs.
  • Proficient in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools.
  • Ability to independently manage finalization, audits, and monthly closing.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with accuracy in financial data management.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work under deadlines.
  • Candidates with MIS reporting, budgeting, and cash flow experience preferred.
