Product Manager

Job Title: Logistics as a Service (LaaS) Product Manager 

Location: Minnesota / Plano, TX 

Job Summary 

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to lead our Logistics as a Service (LaaS) portfolio. This role is responsible for defining and executing the product vision and strategy, managing the full product lifecycle, and driving adoption and growth of our LaaS offerings. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with sales, engineering, operations, marketing, and finance to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and achieve business objectives. 

Key Responsibilities Product Vision & Strategy 

• Define, communicate, and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the LaaS portfolio, ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends. 

• Continuously assess market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscape to refine product direction. Product Lifecycle Management 

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and development through launch, growth, and sunset. 

• Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business value, and technical feasibility. Cross-Functional Leadership 

• Lead and influence cross-functional teams (sales, solution engineering, operations, marketing, finance, and support) to deliver on product goals. 

• Foster a collaborative environment and ensure clear communication of priorities and progress. Customer & User Research 

• Engage directly with customers and end-users to gather insights, validate requirements, and develop custom solutions to address real-world challenges. 

• Leverage data, feedback, and analytics to inform product decisions and iterate on offerings. Go-to-Market & Launch Planning 

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features, including launch planning, sales enablement, and marketing support. 

• Partner with marketing and sales teams to craft compelling value propositions and messaging. Metrics, KPIs, & Reporting 

• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for the LaaS portfolio. 

• Provide regular reports on product performance, customer engagement, and business impact to senior management. Technical & Regulatory Acumen 

• Maintain a strong understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and relevant technologies. 

• Ensure products comply with industry regulations, standards, and best practices; proactively manage risk. Financial Accountability 

• Develop business cases, manage budgets, and drive profitability for the LaaS portfolio. 

• Oversee pricing strategies and contribute to financial planning and forecasting. Talent Development & Leadership 

• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 

• Proven experience in product management, sales, business development, or solutioning within the logistics or technology sectors. 

• Demonstrated success in defining and launching products, managing cross-functional teams, and driving business growth. 

• Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles. 

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 

• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms; experience with analytics tools preferred. 

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 

• Technical fluency and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards in logistics and supply chain. 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. 

• Willingness to travel as needed.
