Job Description: - Edit and produce high-quality videos for platforms such as YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and internal learning modules. - Collaborate with content creators, marketing teams, and designers to translate ideas and scripts into compelling visual narratives. - Perform color correction, sound design, and motion graphics integration to maintain a professional and consistent output. - Repurpose long-form content (e.g., webinars, interviews, course lectures) into engaging short-form videos. - Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains visual consistency. - Stay updated on current video trends, social media formats, and editing techniques to keep content fresh and engaging. - Manage and organize video assets, ensuring efficient workflow and file management. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communication, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). - Proven experience (2+ years preferred) as a Video Editor in a professional environment. - Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro. - Strong understanding of post-production processes, including sound editing, transitions, and visual effects. - Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under minimal supervision. - Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
