Assistant Production Manager

Well knowledge in Steel Fabrication industry
Maintaining the Production policy and ensuring that all purchases adhere to it.
Production planning & Strategy.
Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed
Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programmes
Liaise among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers.
Management information reports.
Inventory monitoring and Control.
Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed
Supervise and motivate a team of workers
Review Worker Performance.
Identify Training Needs.
Ensure all safety measures to be taken care while undergoing operations.
Overseeing the Production process and works for increasing the Productivity.
Ensuring that production is cost effective.
Ensuring shift should have associates as per the approval.
All shift reports to be filled and circulated properly.
Ensuring that products are produced in a timely manner and are produced within quality guidelines.
Foreseeing potential problems before they happen.
Liaising among different departments.
Communication with Customers and Other Departments to avoid any kind of Line stoppage at customer end as well as in-house.
Supervising and motivating a team of workers.
Identifying training needs and ensuring proper training is provided.
Ensuring Quality Audits are completed to a high standard.
Oversee performance and supervises plant personnel performing required daily operations activities
Maintaining of files and documents as per the system and customer requirement as a department Head.
should be able to handle operational (Manufacturing ) of the plant and exposed to handle new product development (NPD) and executions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50, ₹68,509.86 per month
