Assistant Manager Costing

Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost sheets for RFQs covering materials machining cycle times manufacturing processes manpower overheads and subcontracted operations Develop precise cost estimates for new products assemblies and components Collaborate with cross-functional teams CFT to support timely and accurate quotation submissions Conduct variance analysis between estimated and actual costs to identify gaps and drive improvements Provide actionable costing data to support management decision-making Assist in make-or-buy evaluations and contribute to supplier cost negotiations Identify and communicate risks and opportunities in costing assumptions and inputs Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree B E B Tech in Mechanical Production or Industrial Engineering Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in costing and estimation Strong understanding of manufacturing processes machining cycle times and standard costing practices Proficient in MS Excel ERP systems and costing software tools Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Effective communicator with strong coordination skills to work cross-functionally Ability to manage multiple RFQs and meet tight deadlines Job Type Full-time Pay 502 309 47 - 1 000 000 00 per year Benefits Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Expected Start Date 01 10 2025
