Drone Engineer
to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves hands-on drone engineering and wants to contribute to cutting-edge UAV projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain drones, including sub-2kg UAVs.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and optimize drones for performance and safety.
  • Perform hands-on tasks such as soldering, wiring, and assembly.
  • Maintain drone inventory, spare parts, and arena/equipment setups.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure drones and equipment remain operational.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance drone technology and performance.
  • Stay updated with drone technologies and ensure compliance with DGCA and other safety regulations.
  • Configure and tune drones using flight controllers and open-source platforms (Betaflight, Ardupilot, PX4).
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members and clients.
  • Conduct workshops, classes, and live demonstrations for training and promotional events.

Qualifications:

  • 1–4 years of hands-on experience in drone engineering, UAV design, or related fields.
  • Strong skills in drone assembly, maintenance, soldering, and flight controller configuration.
  • Experience with robotics, aerospace engineering, or UAV prototyping.
  • Excellent communication, teaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% for events and workshops.
  • Experience in conducting workshops, training, or technical presentations is a plus.
  • Proficiency with drone software, diagnostics, and flight tuning (PID, flight modes, safety parameters).
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and safety focus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks independently or in a team.
