Job Summary :

The Senior DevOps Engineer will be an indispensable member of our technology team, based in Mumbai, responsible for optimizing infrastructure automation and delivery operations for our AI-powered analytics platform. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining, scaling, and securing mission-critical deployments that simplify complex financial analytics. Working closely with software development teams, the Senior DevOps Engineer will ensure seamless CI/CD pipelines, robust infrastructure as code, and highly available, secure environments which directly influence our capability to detect and prevent financial crime.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect, implement, and manage Infrastructure-as-Code solutions for scalable and secure cloud/on-premise environments.

- Develop, optimize, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines supporting rapid, reliable deployments.

- Administer and monitor Linux-based systems, ensuring availability, performance, and resilience.

- Automate system configuration, maintenance, logging, and alerting to ensure operational excellence.

- Continuously measure, monitor, and enhance infrastructure performance, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks.

- Collaborate with software engineers to streamline development, testing, and deployment workflows.

- Ensure robust security practices are embedded throughout system architecture and operational processes.

- Lead troubleshooting and incident response actions, driving root cause analysis and long-term stability improvements.

- Evaluate and integrate the latest automation tools, monitoring solutions, and cloud platforms for ongoing innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Must-Have :

- Minimum 5 years DevOps or System Administration experience, preferably supporting data-centric or analytics platforms.

- Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).

- Advanced Linux administration skills across deployment, monitoring, and security.

- Strong background in software development and implementing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, etc.).

- Excellent troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving abilities.

- Proven success collaborating with cross-functional teams (Software, Security, Operations).

Nice-to-Have :

- Experience with automation and configuration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Familiarity with AI/ML platforms or data analytics engines.

- Additional scripting skills (Python, Bash).

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
