Job Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end management of MW-scale projects, including site design coordination, installation, supervision, and overall project execution. The role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership, and the ability to manage teams, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities


• Manage complete lifecycle of MW projects from planning to commissioning


• Handle multiple MW project executions simultaneously


• Coordinate site design activities and ensure design compliance with project requirements


• Supervise installation activities at site (civil, electrical, mechanical as applicable)


• Manage site supervisors, engineers, contractors, and vendors


• Ensure project execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines


• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and cost control


• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams


• Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory norms, and company policies


• Prepare and submit project reports, daily/weekly progress updates


• Identify risks and implement corrective and preventive actions

Required Skills & Competencies


• Strong knowledge of MW project handling and execution


• Experience in site design coordination and installation supervision


• Leadership and team management skills


• Good understanding of project planning, scheduling, and reporting


• Ability to work independently at site


• Strong communication and coordination skills

Qualifications & Experience


• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Civil or relevant field)


• Proven experience in MW project handling


• Prior experience as Project Manager / Site Manager / Senior Supervisor preferred
