We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Ground Mounted Solar Projects to lead the execution of utility-scale solar PV plants, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, quality, and safety compliance across all phases of the project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end execution of ground-mounted solar PV projects (MW scale)
  • Plan and control project schedules, budgets, and resources
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, QA/QC, and HSE teams
  • Manage contractors, vendors, and site teams
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms, technical specifications, and HSE standards
  • Monitor construction progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans
  • Oversee civil, structural, electrical, and evacuation works
  • Support testing, commissioning and grid synchronization
  • Ensure timely handover and close-out documentation

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of solar EPC project execution
  • Expertise in utility-scale ground-mounted solar construction
  • Proficiency in Primavera / MS Project
  • Sound understanding of contracts, cost control, and risk management
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
