Franchise Manager

*Key Responsibilities*
Franchise Recruitment & Sales:
Identify potential franchisees through market research and targeted campaigns, present franchise opportunities, and negotiate agreements.
Business Planning:
Develop business plans for expansion and help new franchisees create plans for their operations.
Onboarding & Training:
Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial selection to training new franchisees on business policies, procedures, and brand standards.
Market Analysis:
Conduct research to identify high-potential markets and understand consumer preferences and competitor strategies to guide expansion efforts.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing franchise partners, providing ongoing support and guidance.
Compliance & Quality Assurance:
Ensure new and existing franchisees adhere to company operational standards, branding guidelines, and legal policies.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor the performance of franchise locations to ensure they meet company goals and maintain high customer service standards.
Marketing Support:
Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and support the development of marketing initiatives for franchise locations.
Qualifications & Skills
*Education:*
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Sales, or a related field is typically required.
*Experience:*
1-10 years of experience in franchise development, business development, or a related role.
*Special Skills:*
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
Knowledge of franchise development processes and best practices.
Ability to conduct market analysis and develop business strategies.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
Other:
Willingness to travel is often required for this role.
