The Franchise Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining lasting relationships with clients, developing and executing sales strategies, and meeting or exceeding sales targets set by the company. The Franchise Manager will collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand presence and create business collaterals.ResponsibilitiesIdentifying and pursuing new business opportunitiesBuilding and maintaining lasting relationships with clientsDeveloping and executing sales strategiesMeeting or exceeding sales targets set by the companyCollaborating with the marketing team to enhance brand presenceCreating business collateralsQualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in business management, marketing, or related fieldRequired SkillsProven experience in sales, and client relationship managementExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to identify market trends and customer needsStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsTeam player and ability to work independently with remote team members effectivelyAttention to detail and ability to prioritize tasksKnowledge of the education industry and early childhood development is a plusExperience with CRM software
