We are expanding our reach in the U.S. market and are looking for highly motivated Sales

Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our team.

Role overview

As an SDR, you will be responsible for driving the early stages of the sales cycle by identifying,

qualifying, and generating new business opportunities in the U.S. market. You will work closely with

the Sales and Marketing teams to build a strong pipeline, nurture leads, and set up meetings for our

Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities


• Research, prospect, and generate qualified leads in the U.S. region through calls, emails,

LinkedIn, and other channels.


• Understand customer pain points and position 's solutions effectively.


• Conduct initial discovery conversations to qualify leads and schedule demos/meetings for

Sales Executives.


• Collaborate with the Marketing team on lead generation campaigns and provide feedback

on market response.


• Manage and update leads in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce or similar).


• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly KPIs including call volume, meetings booked, and

pipeline contribution.


• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge to confidently engage

prospects.

Required Skills and Qualifications


• 2–5 years of experience as an SDR/BDR or in a sales role targeting the U.S. market.


• Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).


• Proven ability to handle outbound prospecting and cold calling.


• Familiarity with CRM tools, sales engagement platforms, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.


• Ability to work in U.S. time zones and manage international client interactions.


• Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven with a growth mindset.

Preferred Qualifications


• Prior experience in SaaS/HR Tech/Workforce Analytics solutions.


• Understanding of U.S. business culture and buyer persona.


• Ability to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
