We are building a next-generation Agentic AI Platform for Everything Recruiting — integrating sourcing, matching, voice AI, and referral intelligence into one seamless ecosystem used by leading global brands.We are growing rapidly with strong enterprise traction and are now looking for aSales Development Representative (SDR) / Business Development Representative (BDR)to join our core team and help drive our growth.Role Overview:We are seeking experienced SDRs/BDRs with a strong background in Saa S or IT services sales, focused on the US market. This remote, full-time role requires 4-5 years of proven experience in B2 B prospecting, lead generation, sales outreach, and importantly, closing deals. The ideal candidate will manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to demo delivery, follow-up, negotiation, and closing.Key Responsibilities:Proactively identify and engage prospects via Linked In, cold calls, emails, and networking.Qualify leads and book demos tailored to Talent Acquisition and HR leaders across the US.Take ownership of the sales process end-to-end: deliver demos, nurture prospects through follow-ups, address objections, and close sales.Maintain a strong sales pipeline by continuously prospecting and converting leads into customers.Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize messaging and sales strategies.Keep accurate records and progress updates in CRM tools such as Salesforce or Hub Spot.Requirements:4–5 years of B2 B Saa S sales experience with a track record of closing deals, not just demo bookings.Deep understanding of the US Saa S or IT services market.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with a consultative sales approach.Demonstrated ability to qualify leads, deliver compelling demos, conduct effective follow-ups, and close sales.Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to work independently and hit targets consistently.Proficient in Linked In Sales Navigator and CRM platforms like Hub Spot or Salesforce.
