Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Logistics Support and Delivery Panel Coordinator to oversee the coordination, tracking, and optimization of our delivery network. This role involves supporting day-to-day logistics operations and managing communication between delivery partners, internal teams, and customers to ensure smooth delivery execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Logistics Coordination

  • Coordinate daily logistics activities including dispatch scheduling, vehicle routing, and delivery tracking.
  • Monitor delivery timelines and ensure SLAs (Service Level Agreements) are met.
  • Maintain updated records of shipments, delivery statuses, and logistics documents.

2. Delivery Partner Management

  • Act as the point of contact for third-party delivery service providers.
  • Onboard new delivery agents or companies onto the delivery panel.
  • Track performance of delivery partners and escalate issues as needed.
  • Ensure delivery personnel follow SOPs and customer service protocols.

3. Operational Support

  • Liaise with warehouse, customer service, and sales teams to streamline operations.
  • Handle delivery-related escalations and resolve logistics issues in real-time.
  • Provide administrative support in logistics planning and forecasting.

4. Data & Reporting

  • Analyze logistics KPIs such as delivery time, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare periodic reports for internal review.
  • Suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce logistics costs.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics coordination, delivery operations, or supply chain support.
  • Experience working with delivery management systems (DMS) or logistics software is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.
  • Problem-solving attitude with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and logistics tracking tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in e-commerce, retail, or courier/logistics sector.
  • Familiarity with route optimization and last-mile delivery processes.
