  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through regular assessments and feedback sessions.
  • Develop learning materials such as manuals, guides, and presentations on driving techniques, defensive driving practices, and vehicle maintenance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training interventions.
  • Conduct needs analysis to determine the most effective delivery methods for various audiences (drivers, mechanics).
