Job Summary:

We are looking for a HR Manager who can independently handle recruitment, employee documentation, attendance, and required HR operations. This role requires someone organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:


Manage end-to-end recruitment for various departments

Maintain employee records & HR documentation

Handle attendance, leave management & onboarding formalities

Assist management with HR policies and processes

Knowledge of Saral HR software will be an added advantage


Requirements:


2–3 years of HR experience

Strong communication & people-management skills

Ability to manage confidential information responsibly
