Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Mobile Technician who can diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of smartphones. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hardware & software troubleshooting and deliver quality, reliable service to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair mobile phone hardware issues (screen, battery, motherboard, camera, mic, speaker, charging port, etc.)
  • Perform software installation, flashing, formatting, and troubleshooting
  • Identify spare parts requirements and maintain inventory
  • Ensure timely service delivery and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Maintain service records and follow company repair standards
  • Perform quality checks after repairs
  • Keep updated with new smartphone models and repair techniques
  • Handle customer queries and provide accurate repair estimates

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of smartphone hardware & software
  • Ability to use repair tools (soldering, multimeter, separator machine, OCA, etc.)
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Basic understanding of service documentation
  • Attention to detail & precision in repairs
  • Time management & ability to handle multiple devices
  • Customer communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50, ₹60,000.00 per month
