Mobile Repair Technician

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose issues in mobile phones including software, hardware, display, battery, charging, audio, camera, and network problems.
- Repair or replace faulty components such as screens, batteries, motherboards, and internal parts.
- Flash, reset, and update mobile operating systems (Android/iOS).
- Perform quality control checks before and after repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and customer interactions.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding repair services and timelines.
- Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in good condition.
- Follow company and industry standards for safety and quality.
- Stay updated on new models, common issues, and repair techniques.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent (technical certification preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in mobile repair or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of smartphone hardware and software systems.
- Experience with brands like Apple, Samsung, Xiaomi, Vivo, Oppo, etc.
- Ability to use precision tools (soldering iron, hot air gun, multimeter, etc.).
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Problem-solving and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and manual dexterity.

**Preferred Certifications**:

- Certified Mobile Repair Technician (CMRT)
- OEM training certifications (Apple, Samsung, etc.) - if applicable

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 36 months

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
