
Office Administrative Assistant

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily office logs, including attendance and discipline monitoring.
- Assist HR in the execution of employee engagement activities such as birthdays, work anniversaries, and monthly events.
- Supervise and allocate tasks to support staff (peon/housekeeping) as required.
- Maintain and update inventory records (office supplies, stationery, IT assets, etc).
- Provide support in internal and external office operations and administrative work.
- Ensure timely execution of tasks assigned by HR.
- Support HR in routine activities, including onboarding, documentation, and employee coordination.
Bachelor's degree in any stream.
Prior experience in office administration/HR support preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, disciplined, and reliable approach to responsibilities.
