**Role Overview:**  

We are seeking ambitious and creative fashion interns to join our team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset, eager to gain hands-on experience across various facets of the fashion industry. You will be involved in product development, designing creative briefs, building and maintaining websites, and driving social media promotions. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our brand's growth while developing your skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment. 

**Key Responsibilities:** 

1. **Product Development:** 

  - Assist in the design and development of new fashion products. 

  - Collaborate with the design team to bring creative ideas to life. 

  - Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences. 

2. **Design Briefs:** 

  - Create detailed design briefs that align with our brand vision. 

  - Work closely with designers to ensure concepts are executed to perfection. 

  - Contribute to the ideation process, from initial sketches to final products. 

3. **Website Management:** 

  - Help design and update website content to reflect new collections and promotions. 

  - Assist in improving user experience and functionality of the website. 

  - Coordinate with the digital team to ensure seamless online presence. 

4. **Social Media Promotion:** 

  - Develop and execute social media campaigns that engage our audience. 

  - Create content for various platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. 

  - Monitor analytics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach. 

5. **Entrepreneurial Mindset:** 

  - Take initiative in identifying opportunities for brand growth and innovation. 

  - Collaborate across teams to drive projects that enhance brand value. 

  - Stay updated on industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the table. 

**Qualifications:** 

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion Design, Marketing, Business, or a related field. 

- Strong understanding of fashion trends and the retail industry. 

- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. 

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills. 

- A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving. 

- Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools. 

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
