Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and energetic Digital Marketing Executive who can handle video shooting, editing, and social media management. The ideal candidate will create engaging content—especially short-form videos and reels—to grow our brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and shoot short-form videos, reels, and product demos for social media

Edit videos and photos for posts, stories, and ads using tools like CapCut, Canva, or Premiere Pro

Create engaging captions, hashtags, and post content

Manage all social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)

Post regularly and maintain consistent brand tone and aesthetics

Respond to comments, messages, and engage with the audience

Collaborate with the marketing team to plan content calendars and campaign ideas

Monitor post performance and suggest improvements

Stay updated with social media trends, audio, and viral formats

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms

Good camera and video shooting skills (phone or DSLR)

Proficiency in video and photo editing apps (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, etc.)

Strong creative sense and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple social media handles

Good communication and on-camera presentation skills (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with product-based brands or e-commerce

Basic understanding of marketing metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, etc.)
