  1. Support in Green Hydrogen Project Development


• Assist the Project Development Lead in all early-stage development activities to bring green hydrogen/ammonia projects to a construction-ready stage.
• Conduct feasibility assessments and due diligence for new sites (land identification, terrain study, proximity to infrastructure, etc.).
• Engage with local authorities, consultants, and agencies to facilitate the acquisition of land, rights of way, and necessary infrastructure access (e.g., water, grid connectivity, pipelines).
• Maintain a proactive tracker of permits and ensure timely submission of documentation to relevant authorities to prevent bottlenecks in execution.

  1. Project Execution & Planning
    • Support in the preparation of detailed project execution plans, including timelines, budgets, deliverables, and risk assessments.
    • Monitor project execution progress against approved plans, escalating issues and proposing solutions in case of deviations.
    • Contribute to on-site visits, vendor/state/central agencies coordination, contractor follow-ups, and site readiness for the mobilization of activities.

  2. Cross-Functional Coordination
    • Act as a bridge between the Development Team and Business Development, Regulatory, Legal, Technical, and Finance departments to align development goals with overall business strategy.
    • Ensure internal approvals, contracts, technical specs, and risk assessments are completed as per schedule.
    • Prepare and maintain project status reports, MIS dashboards, and progress presentations for internal reviews and external stakeholders.

  3. Pre-Bid and Tendering Support
    • Contribute to regulatory reviews, site technical assessments, and other due diligence activities for pre-bid submissions.
    • Coordinate with technical and commercial teams for preparing inputs required in tenders and proposals for green hydrogen.
    • Help in identifying technology trends, vendor developments, and regulatory changes in the hydrogen and RE sectors.

  4. Stakeholder Engagement & Permitting
    • Engage with government bodies, utilities, and private partners for securing necessary licenses, MoUs, and approvals.
    • Maintain a database of permitting timelines, regulatory requirements, and compliance frameworks.
    • Coordinate with consultants and external advisors to address legal, environmental, and social aspects of projects.

  5. Strategic & Leadership Development
    • Take ownership of certain workstreams or mini projects to build leadership and project ownership capabilities.
    • Participate in strategic planning discussions and contribute insights from fieldwork and regulatory interface.
    • Continuously develop cross-functional understanding and participate in initiatives to build institutional knowledge in green hydrogen
