Role Overview As aSenior Green Building Analyst, you’ll take the lead on sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives across multiple building projects. You will guide junior analysts, interface with clients and consultants, and ensure projects achieve targeted green certifications efficiently and effectively.Key Responsibilities Define and set sustainability goals with clients and consultants. Prepare feasibility reports, project checklists, and design recommendations. Coordinate and manage project documentation for green building rating systems (IGBC, LEED, GRIHA, GEM). Review, track, and maintain quality across all project submissions.Team & Process Management Mentor and guide team members. Monitor weekly targets and support overall project delivery. Prepare monthly project progress reports and ensure timely submissions.Required Skills & Knowledge Strong understanding ofbuilding scienceandSustainability in Built environment. In-depth knowledge ofIGBC, LEED, GRIHA, GEM rating systems. Excellent documentation, communication, and presentation skills.Required Qualifications Mandatory:GRIHA Certified Professional (CP) & LEED Green Associate Preferred:LEED AP and/or GRIHA EvaluatorWhat We Offer Work on some of India’s most ambitious green projects.
