We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our team at Sai Ram Water Solutions. The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of commercial and industrial water purification systems, including RO plants, water softeners, and UV purifiers. This role requires a hands-on approach, strong technical expertise, and excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and optimal system performance.

Key Responsibilities:


• Installation & Commissioning: Install, set up, and commission commercial RO systems, water softeners, UV purifiers, and related equipment at client sites, ensuring proper operation and compliance with manufacturer specifications.


• Maintenance & Repairs: Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and execute repairs on water treatment equipment, including pumps, valves, membranes, and filters.


• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to water purification systems, including water chemistry analysis and system performance optimization.


• Customer Support: Provide on-site technical support and training to clients on equipment operation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting to ensure efficient use.


• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports, expense logs, and equipment inventories, ensuring timely submission to management.


• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and best practices to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others at client sites.


• Inventory Management: Manage and track parts inventory, tools, and equipment required for field service tasks.


• Collaboration: Work closely with the service team, production managers, and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
