We pride ourselves on innovation and excellence, and we are looking for a passionate QA Lead to join our dynamic team.Job Description:We are seeking a QA Lead with minimum 8 years of experience in software testing to oversee our quality assurance efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership roles within QA and a deep understanding of testing methodologies. This position involves leading a team of test engineers, driving the testing strategy, and ensuring the highest quality standards for our products.Key Responsibilities:· Lead and mentor a team of test engineers in developing and executing effective test strategies.· Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks to enhance efficiency.· Collaborate with development teams to define testing requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.· Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional specifications.· Identify, document, and track defects using issue tracking tools to ensure timely resolution.· Conduct performance and regression testing to guarantee application stability and performance.· Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on quality metrics and issues to stakeholders.· Stay current with industry trends and best practices in testing methodologies, recommending improvements as needed.· Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders regarding testing progress, challenges, and results.· Ability to initiate interviews as per organizations and projects requirement. Requirements· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.· Minimum 8 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on leadership roles.· Strong knowledge of manual & automation testing methodologies and best practices.· Experience with test automation tools such as Cypress, Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.· Proficiency in programming languages including Javascript, Java, Python, or C# for test script development.· Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.· Experience in performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner). Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB).· Excellent problem -solving and analytical skills.· Strong communication and presentable skills, interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and collaboration.
